Welcome to Belvedere di Narni, a spacious and welcoming apartment located in a privileged position, just a short walk from the historic center of beautiful Narni.

As the name suggests, the apartment overlooks the city's famous Belvedere. As soon as you step outside, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the green Umbrian hills, the perfect setting to start your day or relax at sunset.

The location is ideal for those who wish to explore Narni on foot, leaving the car behind and immersing themselves in the charming streets, monuments, restaurants, and picturesque corners of this historic town.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and is perfect for couples, families, or small groups. The spacious and well-organized layout includes:

Important Information

N.B.: Access to the apartment is via a key box. The access code will be provided at check-in.

⚠️ Tourist Tax: As required by the Municipality of Narni, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night must be paid at check-in. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

🔑 Check-in: Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. We kindly ask you to inform us of your expected arrival time to help us organize your welcome.

📋 Guest Registration: Before arrival, a valid ID document for each guest will be required for mandatory registration with the Italian State Police portal.

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only outdoors.

🐶 Pets: Pets are not allowed.

📶 Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

🌇 We can provide a local guide with recommendations on attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in the area.

🌡️ Heating and Air Conditioning Regulations: The use of heating and cooling systems is subject to current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 06/10/2022).

Summer: The average indoor temperature must not be lower than 26°C.

Winter: The average indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C.

The heating period and daily operating hours depend on the climatic zone established by Italian law.
