Upstairs you will find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and direct access to a large terrace furnished with an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments in the open air.

In the living room there is a sofa bed with an additional pull-out bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher, making it suitable for both short and long stays.

The bathroom includes a shower and bidet.

N.B.: Access to the apartment is through a keybox with a code that will be provided at check-in.

⚠️ Tourist tax: As required by the Municipality of Magione, a tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night will be requested at check-in. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

🔑 Check-in is self-service and flexible from 3:00 PM onwards. We kindly ask guests to inform us of their expected arrival time to better organize the welcome.

📋 Before arrival, a valid ID document for each guest will be required for mandatory registration with the Italian State Police portal.

🚭 The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas.

🐶 Pets are allowed with an additional fee.

📶 Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

🌇 We can provide a local guide with recommendations on what to visit, where to eat, and how to get around the area.

🌡️ Heating usage is regulated according to current Italian law (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 06/10/2022).
Summer: the average indoor air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the average indoor air temperature must not exceed 19°C. Heating periods and daily operating hours depend on the climatic zone established by Italian regulations.
