Note: The keys to the entrance door are inside a secure lockbox that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Operation of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and daily duration of heating depend on the climatic zone defined by the regulations.
Perugia, Climatic Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.

All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.

The cost for early check-in before 3:00 PM (subject to property availability) or late check-in after 9:00 PM (subject to approval by our team) starts from €30.

The cost for a late check-out (after 10:00 AM) must always be requested in advance, is subject to availability, and starts from €30.

To organize your check-in in the best possible way, please communicate your arrival time to our Key Holder in advance.

A tourist tax will be requested, costing €2.00 per person per night, payable by bank transfer or in cash.
