Important Information

Self Check-in:
Access to the house is via an external key box. The code will be provided at check-in.
Air Conditioning & Heating Regulations:

The use of air conditioning and heating systems is subject to current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 06/10/2022).
Summer: The average indoor air temperature must not be set below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average indoor air temperature must not exceed 19°C.
The permitted operating period and daily duration depend on the officially defined climate zone.
Perugia – Climate Zone E:
Heating allowed for up to 13 hours per day from October 22nd to April 7th.

All guests are required to present valid identification documents upon arrival, as required by Italian law.
