Situated in a pedestrian area, it is easily reachable on foot from Corso Vannucci via a flight of steps, or by car passing through Piazza Morlacchi and going down Via della Cupa. The area offers parking in a ZTL zone, with access allowed from 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM from Monday to Friday, and from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.

The apartment, recently renovated, offers a bright and comfortable space, ideal for couples, families, or small groups. It consists of:

The house is entirely available to guests.

Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL)
from 12:00 AM to 1:00 PM from Monday to Friday
from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
(It is not possible to enter by car without a special permit, otherwise an automatic fine will be issued).

We recommend parking outside the ZTL, for example:
SABA Pellini Parking, open-air and under video surveillance (hourly and daily rates) and connected to the city center by escalators,

N.B.: the entrance door keys are inside a lockbox that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Switching the heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average indoor air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average indoor air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by regulations.
Perugia Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7

All guests’ ID documents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.

The cost for an early check-in before 3:00 PM (subject to availability) or a late check-in after 9:00 PM (subject to acceptance by our team) starts from €30.

The cost for a late check-out (after 10:00 AM) must always be requested in advance, is subject to availability, and starts from €30.

In order to organize your check-in in the best possible way, please inform our Key Holder of your arrival time in advance.

The tourist tax will be required, costing €1.50 per person per night and must be paid via Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Perugia is the capital of Umbria and a city famous for places of interest such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous in Italy), Palazzo dei Priori, Sala Notari, the National Gallery and Rocca Paolina (and its underground passages). Not to be missed, if you are visiting this beautiful region, are Assisi and its Basilica, the medieval town of Gubbio and the charming Todi, the town of Montefalco known for its vineyards, and the city of Foligno (famous for its historical reenactments and the Quintana joust).
