Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL)
from 00:00 to 13:00 Monday to Friday
from 00:00 to 07:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
(It is not possible to enter by car without a special permit, otherwise an automatic fine will be issued).

We recommend parking outside the ZTL, for example:

SABA Pellini car park, open-air and video-monitored (hourly and daily rates) and connected to the city centre with escalators,
Paid parking on blue lines, open-air, in Piazza Italia,
La Cupa car park, on blue lines, open-air (1.80€ for the whole day).

N.B.: The entrance door keys are located inside a safe box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.
Air conditioning and heating on/off are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and daily duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the regulations.
Perugia Climatic Zone E: 13 hours per day from 22 October to 7 April.
All identity documents of the staying guests must be presented upon arrival as required by Italian law.
The cost for an early check-in before 3:00 PM (subject to availability) or late check-in after 9:00 PM (subject to acceptance by our team) starts from €30.
Late check-out (after 10:00 AM) must always be requested in advance, is subject to availability and costs from €30.
To organize your check-in in the best possible way, please communicate your arrival time to our Key Holder in advance.
The tourist tax will be required, amounting to €1.50 per person per night and must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.
Perugia is the capital of Umbria and a city famous for places of interest such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous in Italy), the Palazzo dei Priori, the Sala dei Notari, the National Gallery and Rocca Paolina (and its underground passages). If you are passing through this beautiful region, a visit to Assisi and its Basilica, the medieval town of Gubbio, the characteristic Todi, the town of Montefalco renowned for its vineyards, and the city of Foligno (famous for its historical re-enactments and the Quintana joust) is a must.
The accommodation is located in Via dei Priori, one of the most important streets in the city, inside the walls of Perugia, in an area full of culture, history, bars and excellent restaurants, including Michelin-starred ones.
