The house is located on the hills of Narni, in a private and relaxing setting, away from the chaos yet conveniently close to the historic center, Terni, and the stunning Marmore Waterfalls. From here, you can admire breathtaking views over the valley and surrounding mountains, making it the ideal place for anyone wanting to truly unwind.

The location is also perfect for cycling enthusiasts and bike travelers: the area offers beautiful routes immersed in nature, and the house provides a safe space to store bicycles, as well as free private parking.

Just a few minutes away on foot, you can easily reach the direct access to the famous Geographical Center of Italy, a perfect destination for panoramic walks and nature excursions.

The house takes its name from the historic “Festa dell’Anello” of Narni. At the entrance, you will find traditional costumes connected to this famous local event, giving the home a unique atmosphere rich in local history and tradition.

The apartment is spacious, welcoming, and designed to offer a relaxing stay for couples, families, or small groups of friends.

N.B.: Access to the apartment is through a keybox with a code, which will be provided before check-in.

⚠️ Tourist tax: As required by the Municipality of Narni, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night must be paid at check-in. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

🔑 Check-in is autonomous and flexible from 3:00 PM onwards. We kindly ask you to inform us of your expected arrival time to better organize your welcome.

📋 Before arrival, a valid ID document for each guest will be required for the mandatory registration through the Italian Police portal.

🚭 The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

🐶 Pets are allowed with an additional fee.

Summer: indoor temperatures should not be lower than 26°C.
Winter: average indoor temperatures should not exceed 19°C. Heating periods and daily operating hours depend on the climatic zone established by Italian law.
