The Nido dei Tramonti is located within a former residence overlooking the authentic atmosphere of Lake Trasimeno, in San Feliciano. It is a bright and welcoming apartment where natural materials and lake-inspired details create a warm and relaxing environment, designed to make you feel at home right away.

Here, you can disconnect from the fast pace of everyday life and unwind while enjoying the view of Lake Trasimeno.

Bedrooms
The apartment features two bedrooms:

A double bedroom with a wardrobe and soft blue tones inspired by the colors of the lake
A second bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for children or additional guests

Living area
The living area is a bright open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa where you can relax.

Bathroom
A well-organized and functional bathroom, featuring a shower box and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

To complete the experience, the “Traveler’s Library,” a book-crossing space designed for those who love reading, sharing stories, and leaving a piece of their journey behind.

⚠️ATTENTION: The swimming pool is temporarily closed for maintenance work. The opening date is expected by the end of June.

Please note: access to the apartment is via a keybox with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

⚠️ Tourist tax: As required by the Municipality of Magione, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night will be requested at check-in. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

🔑 Check-in is self-service and flexible, starting from 3:00 PM. Please let us know your expected arrival time so we can organize your welcome in the best way.

📋 Before arrival, a valid ID document will be required for each guest for mandatory registration with the State Police portal.

🚭 The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only outdoors.

🐶 Pets are allowed, a supplement applies.

📶 Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

🌇 We can provide you with a local guide including tips on what to visit, where to eat, and how to get around.

🌡️ Heating activation and deactivation are subject to current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 06/10/2022).
Summer: the average indoor temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
