N.B.: The entrance keys are stored inside a lockbox that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.
Heating activation and deactivation comply with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 06/10/2022).
Summer: the average indoor air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average indoor air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and daily operating hours depend on the climate zone established by law.
Perugia – Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.
All guests’ identity documents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.
Early check-in before 3:00 PM (subject to availability) or late check-in after 9:00 PM (subject to team approval) costs from €30.
Late check-out (after 10:00 AM) must always be requested in advance, is subject to availability, and costs from €30.

A city tax of €1.50 per person per night is required and can be paid in cash at departure or by bank transfer.
